- If registered delegate is unable to attend the event for any reason, she/he may send a substitute from the same institute/organization, by arrangement with the Convenor. Details of substitute/delegate should be sent after due approvals at email-id firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com
- In group bookings, only substitution will be allowed and no cancellation refund.
- Refund on account of cancellation, if any, shall be made to the same account from where payment was received. For payment received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded. Refund will be made of the amount as received in PETROTECH 2019’s bank account as per para (ix) below.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
- For electronic payments, refund shall be made through payment gateway facility using NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT or any other online banking /electronic funds transfer system approved by RBI.
- Any bank charges in refund will be to the delegate’s account.
- Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to PETROTECH 2019 in case of any misuse by customer. Overall, refund shall be subjected to customer complying with cancellation policy.
- All refund/cancellation requests will be accepted through online mode only.
Where the registered delegate is unable to attend, and is not in a position to substitute as per para-(i) above, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- If you cancel on or before 10 th January 2019, you will receive 90% refund.
- If you cancel after 10 th January 2019, you will not be eligible for any refund.
- Petrotech Secretariat must receive cancellation requests in writing by 10 th January 2019 by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com.
