For registration, please visit the “Online Registration” page under “Registration>Delegate Information” menu in our website and read the instructions carefully before filling the details. The information regarding delegate registration fee and is available under “Delegate Fee” page under “Registration>Delegate Information” menu, including the applicable group discount & entitlements for different categories.
Spot registration is possible from 9 th to 11 th February 2019 at the venue,however, we strongly recommend to register in advance through our website to avoid the last hour rush for spot registration.
To take advantage of our group discounts, your group should consist of delegates from the same company and they must be registered at the same time.For more information on discounts and registration process, please visit our website and read the instructions carefully.
The registration fee can be paid by Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque (offline mode) or through net banking, credit/debit cards and other mechanism available under the delegate registration facility.
If you are registering online and payment is made successfully, you will get a pop up of your receipt as confirmation page and final stage of registration process. The receipt would also be mailed to your/first group member’s registered email ID.

The conference delegate kit along with delegate badge can be collected from the conference venue from 9 th to 11 th February 2019.
Registered conference delegate is entitled to conference kit, access to all conference sessions as per the programme, concurrent exhibition, lunches & tea-coffee, access to coach shuttle service between hotel & conference venue,cultural evening & dinner during the conference.
Accompanying spouse/person has to be registered to attend Petrotech-2019 at a reduced delegate fees shown in our website. They are entitled for sightseeing tours and Gala dinner only.
The list of the hotels is available at our website. You can directly book the room(s) by visiting hotel’s website also. Please ask for discounted day rate/tariff for the registered delegate of Petrotech-2019, which is available for limited rooms on first come first serve basis.
