About the Exhibition
Over the years, the PETROTECH series of Exhibitions has created opportunities for both small and large companies in reaching the target audiences of decision-makers in the industry. The PETROTECH-2012 Exhibition will be held during 14th -17th October 2012 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, and will offer world-class facilities to showcase the entire gamut of opportunities in the hydrocarbon industry at one place.
Considering the overwhelming response for the Exhibition, the show floor area of PETROTECH-2012 is being expanded to accommodate demand from international manufacturers, technology & service providers.
PETROTECH-2012 exhibition will provide a global platform for the display of latest processes, state-of-the-art technology and efficient services not only from leading petroleum sector companies and suppliers but also from associate industries such as petrochemicals, fertilisers, power and transportation, besides financial institutions. A separate pavilion on 'Renewable Energy' will be an added attraction at this event.

VENUE
The Exhibition will be held at Pragati Maidan, an international exhibition venue located in the heart of New Delhi in the backdrop of the magnificent 'Purana Quila' or Old Fort and the Delhi Metro Station, the modern lifeline of Delhi. The air-conditioned Halls No. 14 & 18 with about 8,000 sq. m. space will be available to exhibitors to showcase their products and services.
With ample parking space, proximity to major hotels and excellent communication and transportation facilities, the venue promises to attract the best of the industry for the PETROTECH-2012 Exhibition.
The Exhibition is slated for a formal unveiling by the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India, on the evening of 14th October 2012 and will attract wide media attention as a curtain-raiser for the three-day long PETROTECH-2012 events. The pleasant weather in Delhi during October will assure comfortable conditions, both indoors and outdoors of the exhibition area. The exhibition will remain open to visitors from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs each day during 15th-17thOctober 2012.
FACILITIES
The delegates and participants of PETROTECH-2012 Conference, being held at Vigyan Bhavan, can avail the free shuttle bus service to visit the exhibition at Pragati Maidan.
A help desk with travel, medical and money exchange counters will ensure the comfort of exhibitors and visitors. The exhibition will also have high-class food courts, restaurant and coffee shop. A guide map will be provided to all the visitors and exhibitors to assist them in locating a particular stall. Touch-screen kiosks will also be installed in both the halls.
