The Buyers-Sellers Meet is scheduled to be held during 15th-17th October 2012 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, in which all the major oil & gas companies are expected to be present.
Today, the tasks associated with oil and gas industry are becoming increasingly complex, complicated and difficult. Therefore, the need of the hour is to innovate and adapt to the latest technological advances to ensure time bound and cost-effective solutions.
The Buyers-Sellers Meet is a good opportunity for representatives of the seller companies and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) agencies to meet & interact directly with senior executives of Buyer companies and ascertain their views & expectations regarding products and services. The Meet will help identify the challenges faced by buyer, seller and EPC companies in execution of projects and find mutually accepted solutions.
Spread over two days, the Buyers-Sellers Meet will provide a unique opportunity to buyers and sellers to interact in a structured manner on their areas of priority and concern. This platform exposes the participants to the latest technologies, business and service opportunities in upcoming projects. It helps in building sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships among EPC contractors, Buyer and Seller companies.

The Buyers-Sellers Meet will be held at Pragati Maidan, an international exhibition venue located in the heart of New Delhi in the backdrop of the magnificent Purana Quila or Old Fort and the Metro Station, the modern lifeline of Delhi.

REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPATION
The registration fee for Buyer, Seller and EPC companies for participating in the Buyers-Sellers Meet is Rs 50,000 for an Indian organisation and US $1250 for an overseas organisation.
Registration fee is to be paid in the form of DD in favour of ‘PETROTECH-2012’ payable at New Delhi, India and to be sent to the Co-coordinator of Buyers – Sellers Meet. Detailed address is available in the registration form.
Each participating organisation can nominate two representatives to the Buyers – Sellers Meet who will be considered as Petrotech-2012 delegates.

PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION

Participation is invited in two categories – corporate and individual. All companies registered for the event come under the corporate category. The individual category includes all registered delegates as well as regular employees of all companies registered for the event.

A very popular and an exclusive tournament for the PETROTECH participants who are welcome to register with the PETROTECH Secretariat for a putt.
CULTURAL EVENINGS
These events portray India's rich and wonderful cultural and culinary heritage. A Welcome Dinner and a Conference Dinner will be held during the event.
POST–CONFERENCE TOURS
Post-Conference tours shall be organised to places of historical interest in and around Delhi on a chargeable basis. Attractive packages are also being planned for accompanying spouses.
It is a unique platform that brings together Business Leaders and Heads of Corporates to brainstorm issues and key challenges being faced by the hydrocarbon sector. An integral part of the PETROTECH Conference, it not only showcases the best visionary leaders that the industry offers but is also known as forum that brings to light key issues that will help transform the sector in the future. It is a special track on Fuel Retailing and will be held concurrent to PETROTECH-2012. With the objective to understand the changing face of auto fuel retailing business in India and the emerging challenges and opportunities in petro-retail practices in the deregulated scenario, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) will organsie this jointly with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL). Distinguished speakers from the Government and Industry will be present.
