Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• Abstracts can be submitted as papers (speaking opportunity), posters or either category.
• Abstracts must be no more than 300 words and should NOT include any tables or figures.
• All papers must be submitted in English language only. Commercial trade names and company logos to be avoided in the abstract.
• While submitting the paper on our website, you need to create a username using your email id. This email id will be used for all future correspondence.
• Your paper may be accepted for either technical presentation or poster presentation, which will be the decision of the Technical Evaluation Committee of the Conference.
• If your paper is accepted, you will be required to submit a full technical paper (6 pages maximum), failing which complimentary registration applicable to authors will not be valid.
• The abstracts and the full paper will be included in the Conference Proceedings CD-ROM and be made available to all delegates at the event.
• Failure to submit the complete paper by the given deadline may result in your presentation being withdrawn from the Conference Programme.
• Detailed instructions on the preparation of full papers, slides and posters will be sent to the corresponding author of each accepted paper.
• Best Paper Awards: Award will be given to the best Oral and Poster papers (selection by an eminent jury)

Intimation of acceptance of Abstracts                : 30^th March 2012

Receipt of full Technical Papers                          : 30^th June 2012
